Founder & Lead Coach
Coach C is the heart and vision behind HLC Leadership Coaching Solutions. A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Bronze Star recipient, he served on the front lines in both Iraq and Afghanistan, where his leadership was forged and battlefield-tested.
As a certified Master Resilience Trainer and the author of “Purpose in the Pain” and “Survived Life's Challenges,” he brings more than 20 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families. His approach is rooted in identity, alignment, and accountability, equipping every client with practical tools and spiritual grounding.
Coach C is also the founder of thriving communities including Coach C's House on Clubhouse, GOT Marriage, and the Coach C's Purpose in the Pain Community. Grounded in faith and resilience, he walks alongside each person with compassion, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to their breakthrough.
